Will my dog be safe playing with other dogs?
All dogs are carefully screened by our professionally trained staff. They are organized in separate groups based on temperament and size. The safety of your dog is our number one priority. We have designated play areas for small and large dogs.
What if my dog does not get along with other dogs?
No problem. We accommodate all dogs. If your dog does not get along with other dogs he/she will still get plenty of play-time both indoors and outdoors in our designated areas for non-social dogs.
What if there is an emergency?
There is a professional staff member on the premises 24 hours a day. If we determine that your dog needs immediate medical attention, we will attempt to contact you and transport him/her to your predetermined veterinarian of your choice if possible. If an emergency requires immediate attention we will transport your dog to the nearest care facility.
How late are you open?
Our normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7am - 9pm, Saturday - Sunday 9am - 7pm.
How do you clean the facility?
Your pet's safety is of utmost important. To that end, we follow a strict cleaning protocol that has been approved by our veterinarians. This includes daily sanitizing of the entire facility with industry leading cleaning products.
Do you require vaccinations?
Yes. We require the following vaccines for boarding and daycare: Bordetella, distemper, parvo, rabies, leptospirosis, canine influenza. We require the following vaccines for all other services: Bordetella, distemper, parvo, rabies. In addition, all dogs are required to be spayed or neutered in order to participate in group play. Can you administer my dog's medication while they are staying with you?
Our trained staff can administer almost all medication as directed by your veterinarian.
What if I am late and cannot pickup my dog by closing time?
We will be glad to accommodate you by offering our shuttle service and bringing your pet home to you. Shuttle service is available 7 am to 7:30 pm. You may also choose to board your dog and pick up the following day.

K9 Loft is proud to offer three convenient locations in Los Angeles.
K9 Loft Echo Park is located at 2170 W. Sunset Blvd. on the border of Silver Lake and Echo Park.
K9 Loft Sherman Oaks is located at 14257 Ventura Blvd., just east of Van Nuys Blvd.
K9 Loft Pasadena is located at 495 S. Arroyo Pkwy., next door to Whole Foods.
