All The Boarding Details You Need
Spay/Neuter & Vaccine Requirements
All dogs 8 months+ are required to be spayed/neutered in order to participate in group play.
We require up to date Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and Leptospirosis. We also recommend the Canine Influenza vaccine.
Pick Up & Drop Off Times
Drop off and pick up anytime during store hours: 7am to 9pm on weekdays, and 9am to 7pm on weekends. We’re here when you need us.
Need A Lift?
Our air-conditioned shuttle is available during store hours to safely pick up or drop off your pup. Just $22 one way within an 8-mile radius. Comfortable, convenient, and right on time.
Feeding, Medications Or Other Instructions
Every dog is different, and every pet parent has preferences. Whether it’s feeding, medications, or specific behavior cues, we take your instructions seriously. You know your dog and we make sure they’re cared for just the way you’d want.
What to Bring
- Food (pre-portioned is best!). Or choose our House Food Nutrisource Chicken & Rice ($4 per feeding).
- Medication (if any) with clear instructions.
- For safety and cleanliness, we provide all the cozy beds and blankets your pup will need. No need to bring your own from home.
- If your dog has a favorite toy, feel free to bring up to two small comfort items to help them settle in.
For First-Time Guests
New to boarding? We’ll help your dog ease in with gradual introductions, familiar routines, and lots of TLC. We recommend a daycare trial before overnight stays for a smoother transition.

Let your dog stay somewhere they feel safe, understood, and cared for.
You can fill out your dog’s profile and upload vaccines below or stop by and we’ll be happy to help you complete it in-store.
