We're here to help
Whether you’re planning your first visit or are part of the pack.
Will my dog be safe playing with other dogs?
Every pup is gently evaluated by our experienced team, so we can place them in the group where they'll feel most at ease based on their size, personality, and play style. With separate areas for large and small dogs, we make sure every dog enjoys their day in a space that’s just right for them.
What if my dog does not get along with other dogs?
Not every dog is a social butterfly and that’s okay! If your pup isn’t comfortable around other dogs, we’ll tailor their experience to ensure they feel safe, calm, and cared for. Our team is trained to recognize stress signals and adjust accordingly, always putting your dog’s well-being first.
What happens if there’s an emergency?
Your dog’s safety is always our top priority. In the rare event of an emergency, our trained team responds immediately and follows clear safety protocols. We’ll contact you right away and, if needed, ensure your pup gets prompt veterinary care. If an emergency requires immediate attention and we cannot reach you, we will transport your dog to the nearest care facility.
When can I drop off or pick up my dog?
We’re here when you need us! You can drop off or pick up anytime during our store hours: 7am to 9pm on weekdays, and 9am to 7pm on weekends. We aim to make your schedule easier, not harder.
What if I’m running late and can’t make it by closing time?
We get it, life happens! If you’re delayed, just give us a call. If needed, we can safely care for your dog overnight, or if you're within our service area we may be able to arrange a drop-off using our shuttle service. Additional fees may apply, but your pup will be safe, comfortable, and well cared for until you're reunited.
How do you keep everything clean and safe?
Cleanliness is a big part of how we care for your dog. We use pet-safe, veterinary-grade cleaners to sanitize all play areas, suites, and grooming spaces daily, often multiple times a day. From fresh bedding to spotless floors, we work hard to keep things safe, healthy, and comfortable for every pup.

Are the first three days of daycare really free?
Yes! We believe every dog deserves a warm welcome. That’s why your first three days of daycare are free so your pup has time to adjust, make friends, and get comfortable with our loving team.
Can I use my first three days of daycare promo toward a boarding stay?
We’re so glad you’re interested in both our daycare and boarding services! The first three days of daycare promo is specially designed to help pups ease into our daycare routine and can’t be applied to boarding stays.
What does a temperament test entail, and how long does it take?
Our temperament tests are available on a walk-in basis during business hours, no appointment needed! Once you’ve completed your pet’s profile and we’ve reviewed their vaccination records, the test itself takes about 15 minutes. This quick assessment helps us ensure your pup is comfortable with both our staff and the other dogs in group play. At the end of the test, we’ll let you know if your dog is a good fit for group daycare.
